Made for deep listening, subtle dancing, and filled with futuristic emotion, Visions is the latest from Grimes aka Claire Boucher.

This album showed up on my desk a week or so ago and I finally got around to checking it out this evening. It is phenomenal. There seems to be a lot of internet buzz about how she has no musical training or background, which just makes it that much more impressive. Surely the best record of 2012 to date, definitely give it a listen.

Great album. Oblivion is the track I'm listening to while writing this and I can't stop dancing. Well, I stopped to write this but afterward I'll go back to dancing.
